We make checking your tenants credit and criminal background easy!  
 

PRICING

The cost is $50.00 per applicant. The landlords we are currently helping simply charge their prospective tenants a non-refundable application fee; so there is no cost to the landlord!

 

Payment for the actual tenant screening report is expected prior to the screening. There are two ways in which we can be paid:

• You, the landlord, can call us with your credit card information, or

• You can have your applicant pay us directly by having them call with their credit card information.

• TENANT SCORECARD

• NATIONAL CRIMINAL RECORDS SEARCH

• 50 STATE EVICTION SEARCH

• SOCIAL SECURITY VERIFICATION (reduces fraudulent applications)

• NATIONAL SEX OFFENDER SEARCH

• BANKRUPTCIES, LEGAL ITEMS, JUDGMENTS

Applicants name and DOB are checked against:

• OFFICE OF FOREIGN ASSET CONTROL

• FEDERAL TERRORIST LIST

• FEDERAL MOST WANTED LIST
