Sign Up as a  Landlord Client
 

How to Sign Up as a Landlord Client:

• Fill out the on-line sign-up form

• Fax your supporting documentation to  813-926-8607

Once you have signed up and faxed your supporting documents, have your prospective tenant fill out and sign our online Tenant Rental Application, fax to us, and we'll call you with the results and to consult with you. We'll also fax you a report with the results of the criminal, eviction, social identity, and sex offender search.

Supporting Documentation for Landlord Sign Up:

• One photo ID – driver’s license or passport (please make sure this is a clear copy)

• Proof of rental property (either a mortgage statement,  a property tax statement, a tax bill, a utility bill, a sales contract,or a final HUD)

• Copy of Real Estate License (real estate sales agents only)
